Not every length of time is available for ONLINE BOOKING. If you can’t find the desired time length on the booking system, please get in touch with reception- Sharon or the practitioner.

Cancellation Policy
Having staff on standby for each appointment costs us money, so we have implemented a cancellation policy.
As a courtesy to our clients, we send an SMS reminder two days before your appointment.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us to cancel or reschedule.
By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:
- 1. You will notify us at least 3 hours prior to your booking time if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment with us.
- 2. If you do not notify us according to the above, you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.
- 3. We may choose to waive this cancellation fee in some cases, such as in circumstances that are out of your control.
- 4. If you miss your appointment for any reason that is our fault, the cancellation fee does not apply.

Simple ways to cancel your appointment:
- 1. Reply to SMS reminder for quick cancellation:
Two days prior to your appointment, you will generally get an SMS reminder for replying YES or NO. If you changed your mind after you replied a YES, you can keep replying to it with a NO or a reason. The booking system will recognize it and change the Status of the booking to cancel immediately.
- 2. Call 54837688. If Sharon didn’t answer your call, please leave a message. If it’s urgent, please contact your Practitioner directly.
- 3. Login to the Zenda client portal through our website to manage your bookings if you have access.
- 4. Email to chi@chibodywork.net. Email will generally take 1-2 days to respond.
